A little more about me personally — at 50 years old I finally got an answer to a question I'd been living with my whole life. I have ADHD. Suddenly a lot of things made sense. The racing thoughts, the low energy days, the social exhaustion, the feeling that my brain was running on 2% battery while everyone else seemed fully charged. Chaos was born from that moment — because he just gets it. And apparently a lot of you do too.
